Your mum sounds like a wonderful person. Having someone like that close to you is a true blessing, even if you don’t talk too much to each other. Plus anyone witty enough to come back with a line like that sure does deserve respect

Hi Natural – I’m late for the party on this one, but do have to say, both you and your mom sound like awesome people. I wish I had been in line behind that woman and seen your mom in action.

I agree, we should never assume anything about a person based on what they do. Some of the smartest people I know have the least glamorous jobs. People who are quick to assume otherwise are often in for a big surprise.
